CREAHLANDS aims to design, recognize and validate a new training itinerary for a new professional profile of “Specialist Technician in Creative Management of Heritage and Rural Landscape” through the implementation of a non-regulated teaching/learning training strategy (MOOC) that addresses the development of the competencies necessary to meet the challenge of creative management of the heritage and cultural landscape in rural areas in the medium and long term.

Next Friday, March 3rd 2023, the Creahlands MOOC will be presented at the World Summit of Arts Education in Madeira (Portugal), by Diederik de Ceuster from University College Leuven Limburg (Belgium).

Creative Management of Heritage and Rural Landscape

This open and free course will be presented at a training day on February 3 and the Uxío Novoneyra Foundation and the University of A Coruña participated in it.

The University of A Coruña is one of the three universities of the Spanish Autonomous Community of Galicia. The Uxío Novoneyra Foundation is a private non-profit foundation, of a cultural nature and declared of Spanish national interest. It is based in the Serra do Courel, in Galicia. As a house of poetry, the Uxío Novoneyra Foundation supports unique projects such as the Ámeto Mítico travelling poetry residences on the Way of St. James. Among its activities is the Ith project, a virtual platform for collective financing of literary projects that aims to support a free and open community of readers. In addition, the foundation programs every August the Festival dos Eidos with a wide range of activities in poetry, music, film, dance, biological routes, among others.

The recovery and rehabilitation of the house where Uxío Novoneyra was born is a fundamental objective of this institution. We understand our foundational headquarters as a center of activation of the memory of the Serra do Courel through the poetic word. Its spaces in the process of recovery house a documentary archive, exhibition areas and a visitable vegetable garden.

The Uxío Novoneyra Foundation is part of the Association of Writers’ Houses-Museums and Foundations (ACAMFE).

“Centro Italia” is the special agency of the Chamber of Commerce of Rieti-Viterbo and is specialized in training courses and assistant activities aimed at young people, professionals and companies operating in the Province of Viterbo and neighboring areas.

Centro Italia is accredited to the Lazio Region for the provision of higher training and continuing education and orientation. The Art of Teaching expertise centre from University Colleges Leuven-Limburg (UCLL) develops didactic expertise that goes beyond the purely offering efficient didactic methods.
