- 8:30 – 9:00. Transfer to Alto do Couto. Remember winter sport clothes. Medium difficulty activity.

- 9:00 – 12:30. Route at Rogueira forest. Walking route through Courel’s ecological jewel.
📍 Alto do Couto (Access to Rogueira Forest)
- 12:30 – 14:00. Visit to Uxío Novoneyra Foundation. Visit to the poet’s House-Museum.
📍 Uxío Novoneyra Foundation (Parada do Courel)
Return transfer to Seoane (20 minutes).
- 14:30 – 15:30. Closing lunch.

- 15:30 – 18:00. Return transfer. Stop at Lugo City bus sation
